Our first baby boy, Briley Douglas Payne, was born. 8:13 pm, 7 lbs. 12 oz. He was 3 weeks early, and that's how he is. He does things when he wants to and how he wants to! We wouldn't change it for the world. I can't imagine life without him, and we love him to pieces. Happy Birthday big guy!
